RETURNS

Face Masks: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We will deduct a flat shipping fee of $5 from store credit to process the return. This fee is waived for Nam & Ko Essential and Community Members. Please email support@namandko.com to start your return. 

Mask Chains: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We will deduct a flat shipping fee of $5 from store credit to process the return. This fee is waived for Nam & Ko Essential and Community Members. Please email support@namandko.com to start your return. 

Filters: We unfortunately cannot accept opened filters for safety reasons. 

EXCHANGES

Face Masks: We will accept a size exchange for a flat shipping fee of $5. This fee is waived for Nam & Ko Essential and Community Members. Please email support@namandko.com to process your exchange.
